"In 1996, the car I was driving was rear-ended by another motorist. My car was totaled. I walked away without a scratch. Some injuries, however, are not visible. Within a few days I was in constant pain and discomfort in my back and suffered from intermittent dizzy spells. Thankfully I had access to a very skilled massage therapist who was able to treat my soft-tissue injuries and help me return to a healthy and productive life.

Today, I am a massage therapist and specialize in deep-tissue therapy for recovery from injuries and chronic pain. I have advanced training in gross anatomy, treatment for cancer patients, and inflammatory conditions.

Over the past 8 years I have had the opportunity to help over 2000 clients reach their wellness goals and get back to the activities they love. My clients include elite athletes, professional musicians, prominent local theater performers, and teachers, gardeners, and soccer moms.

In March of 2008 I opened a new healing arts center with a focus on evidence-based clinical massage techniques. In addition to massage therapy, the center also offers Shiatsu, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, and Flexibility Training."       Lynn

Don’t indulge … get real relief.
Receiving a massage from a highly-skilled professional is more than a relaxing indulgence. Massage can be very effective in addressing headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and much more.

Successful partnerships with my clients have led to relief from the pain of:
  • Tendinitis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Migraines
  • Tension Headaches
  • Low back pain
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Sciatica
. . . and many more conditions related to injury, unresolved stress, and tension.

What is a geek?

A geek is... scientific, methodical, systematic, technical, focused

geek: an obsessive enthusiast.

geek: somebody who is a proud or enthusiastic user of science, sometimes to an excessive degree ( informal )

geek: A person who is single-minded or accomplished in scientific or technical pursuits but is felt to be socially inept. ( insult )

A geek is a person who is fascinated, perhaps obsessively, by science and imagination.

"The term has been used so liberally by the masses of people that science gurus have taken it to heart as not being derogatory, but rather the name given to scientifically savvy folk."

geek: someone who works too hard, is more intelligent than usual, and is slightly unattractive.

"Bill Gates is kind of a geek."
