    Can’t wait for some of these posts. Especially, Massage 101 for MDs and “What is a knot?” Keep it up, it’s nice to know that there are other Massage Geeks out there, although it sounds like your tops according to the “Best MT ever?” post. I too love feedback from other therapists. keep up the great work.

    Knots are the adhesions with in the muscles that make your muscles tight and pain full, cause is, every day sitting in same position or, good example when you use cell ph and holding it between ear and shoulder most of the time, and many more other reasons. The knots can be big or small, hard or soft , harder the knots are, obviously take more time to work on them and small ones’ are easy to melt down
